XBOX Bootup Animation

The new XBOX bootup animation plays every time a console starts up. This project brought that same moment to PC: I translated the console animation into a Lottie version that looks true to the original while staying performant on PC.

The exploded view below breaks the animation into its layers, showing how the 3D logo and its glow are rebuilt as stacked, lightweight Lottie layers that can play back smoothly in the PC app.
